These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the After Straight website and related services.

01. Operator

After Straight is operated by:

Campbell Venture Consulting
General-Guisan-Quai 36
8002 Zürich, Switzerland
(trading as “After Straight”)

02. Nature of Services

After Straight provides lifestyle and wellness coaching services that are educational and reflective in nature.

The services are intended primarily for men who are coming out as gay or questioning their sexuality later in life, including those with partners, spouses, or families. Coaching may involve discussion of identity, relationships, stress, and life transitions.

The services do not constitute medical care, mental health care, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, or any other regulated healthcare or therapeutic service. No diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice is provided.

03. Voluntary Participation and Client Responsibility

Participation in coaching services is voluntary. Coaching may involve personal reflection and discussion of sensitive life topics, and clients participate at their own discretion.

Clients remain solely responsible for their physical, mental, emotional, relational, and legal well-being, as well as for their decisions, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after coaching sessions.

04. No Emergency or Crisis Support

After Straight does not provide emergency, crisis, or acute mental health support.

If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, thoughts of self-harm, or require immediate assistance, you are encouraged to seek support from local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.

05. Third-Party Rights

The services are provided solely to the client. No rights or claims arise for any third party (including spouses, partners, family members, employers, or other persons) from the use of the website or from the coaching services.

06. No Guarantees

Coaching outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances. No guarantees are made regarding results, progress, or specific outcomes.

Reasonable personal use (such as reading, viewing, or printing for private reference) is permitted. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

09. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Campbell Venture Consulting excludes liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.

Any liability of Campbell Venture Consulting is limited to the total fees paid by the client for services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable mandatory law.

10. Cooling-Off and Mandatory Consumer Rights

If mandatory consumer protection rules apply to you (for example, rules providing a right to withdraw from a distance contract), those mandatory rights remain unaffected. Where you request services to begin immediately, you acknowledge that performance may begin before any statutory withdrawal period ends, and that your rights may be affected accordingly, as permitted by applicable law.

Campbell Venture Consulting is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control (including outages, platform failures, internet interruptions, natural events, or other disruptions). Where possible, sessions will be rescheduled in good faith.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

The courts of Zürich, Switzerland shall have jurisdiction. However, if mandatory consumer protection rules require that disputes be brought in another competent jurisdiction, those mandatory rules remain unaffected.
